    We always offer ongoing support for all our customers, which is a part of the complete product that we deliver to you. Whether it includes technical, tax or usage related questions, our skilled personnel are always happy to assist you.

    As part of our support we offer tutorials for both COMTAX beginners as well as for the more advanced user. These trainings are always hosted by our in-house personnel and they can of course be tailored according to each user’s specific situation and needs and provided either onsite or online, for groups or individuals.

    COMTAX belief is that in order for software users to reach the full potential of any software system, hands on support and training are needed. This fact it is what guides us in our constant ambition to develop, provide and maintain the highest standards on any support and training programs that we offer to our COMTAX users. No tutorial requires any previous experience of the systems. If you have your own suggestions of topics that you would like us to cover for you as an individual or for a group, just let us know and we will tailor the tutorial after your request.

    If you don’t want to disrupt your working day COMTAX free webinars might be for you. All topics can be covered that relates to the handling of COMTAX systems, as refresher training or more advanced training on specific functions. No tutorial requires any previous experience of the systems. If you have your own suggestions of topics that you would like us to cover for you as an individual or for a group, just let us know and we will tailor the tutorial after your request.   • How and when is Comtax updated? +

    COMTAX is updated by our in-house tax experts based at COMTAX office in Sweden in collaboration with our international network of trusted partners. COMTAX is updated on a continuous basis.

  • Are free trials available? +

    Yes, we offer free trials for qualifying organizations to test our platform.
